MEETING – Organised Religion?: A conversation between faiths and the trades union movement

This exciting side-event taking place during the European Academy of Religion will be a chance for theologians, faith leaders and representatives of the trades union movement to network, share ideas and build solidarity.
The event will be hosted by Mario Aguilar (Professor of Religion and Politics at St Andrews and director of the Centre for Religion and Politics) and Joerg Rieger (Distinguished Professor of Theology, Vanderbilt and director of the Wendland-Cook programme in religion and justice) alongside members of the ‘Religion, Class, Labour and the Economy’ panel at the European Academy of Religion.
People of all faiths and none with an interest in the trades union movement are very welcome to participate.
